Editorial policy
Fresh Beauty Review aims to make beauty easier to understand without turning preference into a rule. We explain what a piece can support, make uncertainty visible and welcome readers who flag an error.
Accuracy and clarity
We check factual statements against suitable published sources and take care with product terminology, ingredient names and historical context. We distinguish established information from interpretation, avoid treating marketing language as proof and revise wording when it could mislead. Our articles are general editorial information, not professional medical advice.
Independence
Editorial choices are made for reader relevance, not because a brand or partner requests favourable coverage. A product mention is not an endorsement, and any stated limitation or uncertainty should remain clear.
Corrections
If you spot a factual error or a passage that needs clarification, use the Contact page and identify the article and the point in question. We review correction requests, update material when warranted and make the change clear where the correction is significant.
Partners and illustrations
Paid, gifted or otherwise partner-supported material is labelled so readers can identify the relationship. Partner arrangements do not guarantee editorial praise. Some illustrations may be generated with AI; where relevant, captions or surrounding text identify them as illustrations rather than documentary product evidence.
